Location:
Columbia Falls; follow Centerville Road north along the deltas. Drive by—no specific stop, view from roadway.

N 44°41’46” W 67°40’24”

Geology:
Deltas: The road to Centerville passes over four small, flat-topped deltas discharged from the same ice tunnel as the Columbia Falls delta. Each delta marks a temporary halt in the northward retreat of the glacier while the short ridges connecting the small deltas are exposures of the esker tunnel deposits that focused the meltwater discharge into the sea.

The above map marker is placed at the latitude and longitude provided in the location description.
